All deliveries are Kerbside only.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery is subject to access only, the client must ensure that access is made available upon delivery, if the delivery is by our own company.
The Company will only send 1 driver during the delivery of the spa. The client must supply 1 able person per 50 kilos of weight to assist in the delivery of the spa.
The Spa will NOT be carried over walls, fences, Up or down Steps.
The Spa will NOT be lifted over Air Conditioning units.
The company will NOT remove fences or trees.
Standing Time is Charged at $100 Per Hour.
In the event the spa can not be sited into position under the terms above the item will delivered kerbside only.
In the event the Spa is returned to the Company due to None delivery there will be additional delivery charges.
The client must be available upon delivery to assist placing the product into position.
If the company decides it is not possible to continue with the delivery, The Spa will be left kerbside for alternative arrangements to be made by the client.
All Interstate NQX deliveries are to the nearest depot only - If a home delivery is required by NQX then additional charges will apply
All NQX home deliveries do not include lifting the Spa off the truck. Please ensure you have forklift facilities to remove the spa from the NQX truck.

*Transport insurance is not included . If Insurance is required please advise at the point if Order.

I Agree to the above delivery terms. In the event the product is damaged during delivery the Company Sunseal Garden Spas Pty Ltd will not be responsible. Injury or damage to other property or people will not be the responsibility of the company.
