The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Payment options - We accept Visa & MasterCard, Bank Cheque's are accepted on orders received via mail. Cheque's payable to - Sunseal Garden Spas pty Ltd

SPA & GAZEBO DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Delivery is subject to access only,  the client must ensure that access is made available upon delivery, if the delivery is by our own company. 
  • In the event the spa  can not be sited into position the item will delivered kerbside only.
  • The client must be available upon delivery to assist placing the product into position.
  • All Interstate NQX deliveries are to the nearest depot only - If a kerbside delivery is required by NQX then additional charges will apply

*Transport insurance is not included . If Insurance is required please advise at the point if Order.

*Collection is available (once you have been advised the item is in stock) from our Sydney Warehouse at No extra cost, The warehouse is open Monday - Friday 10am to 4.30pm

Payment - All Spa orders placed online, over the telephone, In Person require $200.00 deposit, followed by a further deposit of $2300.00 once the order is confirmed by telephone. All final payments must be paid 7 days prior to delivery, Payments can be made by Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque, Cash, or Visa or MasterCard Credit Card. Credit card fees apply of 2% of the payment made.

Spas Returns - 'Goods returned for a credit which have been authorised and returned in its original condition are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Spa's sent back in a damaged condition will be charged a slightly higher charge. All returns must be PREPAID FREIGHT Please contact us prior to returning any goods for help and advise. All transportation costs must be paid by the purchaser. Spa returns are available up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the spa is in it original packaging, and has not been used. Once spa has been returned the refund ( less charges) will be given within 30 days of the return of the spa. *This offer excludes the Lazy Spa

Cancellations - We do not accept cancellations once orders have been placed, A cancellation charge of 50% of the contract amount will be charged. No deposits paid will be refunded.

Variations - Specifications on pumps and electrical equipment, jet configurations, and spa molding are subject to change without manufacturers notification.


Spas Warranty - The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. Sunseal Garden Spas pty Ltd warrants the products it supplies, all parts and components thereof, to be free of defects in material for a period of one year (excluding the Lazy spa which has 30 day replacement parts warranty) The warranty does not apply if the failure is caused or contributed by any of the following: improper handling, improper storage, abuse, improper installation, unsuitable application, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance, or repairs made or attempted by other than authorised service centres or technicians. Sunseal Garden spas pty Ltd will replace, at its option, a part or unit proven to be defective within the warranty period and under the condition of the warranty. Sunseal Garden spas pty Ltd is not responsible for the cost of removal of the unit, damages due to removal or installation, any shipping charges to or from the factory or the installation of a repaired or replacement unit. Please note that failure to supply the recommended power will void the manufacturer's warranty. No labour warranty is offered on our products, All parts supplied free of charge if reported within the warranty period*. All replacement parts supplied within the warranty carry the original warranty from the date of purchase. All products must be registered on our online warranty within 7 days of delivery. No warranty given on floor items or seconds.

Ordering - All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST at 10% unless otherwise stated. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

Privacy Policy Q . What information do we collect and how do we use it?

A. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We August also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the Web site, new products and special offers we think you'll find interesting. Please notify us if do not wish to receive any information.
